Citing ISNA, he said the delegation, acting on instructions from the competent authorities, presented the country's conditions and considerations to mediators in the form of a "precise and operational plan", and that during the same trip a 7-day plan for restoring security to the Strait of Hormuz was explained. The published reports do not give details of the plan.
According to Donya-e-Eqtesad, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei also said Iran's considerations and conditions for ending the war on all fronts and returning security to the Persian Gulf region and the Strait of Hormuz had been set out "explicitly and firmly", and that a reply to the other side's proposals would also be delivered through mediators.
