Bank Maskan paid out 45,228 billion rials in construction loans in spring 1405, covering 4,403 housing units

Bank Maskan said it paid out a total of 45,228 billion rials in housing construction loans to developers during the first three months of the Iranian year 1405. The lending was allocated to the construction of 4,403 residential units.

On those figures, the average loan per residential unit was about 10.27 billion rials, or close to 1.027 billion tomans.

The report was published on Wednesday 29 July 2026 (7 Mordad 1405) and covers performance in spring 1405. Construction lending is one of the supply side financing channels in the housing market and is counted separately from purchase loans extended to end buyers.
