Coinbase Halts Trading of Five Tokens; Withdrawals Remain Available
10 August 2026 · 2 months ago
US exchange Coinbase halted trading support for five tokens, IDEX, Loopring (LRC), Omni Network (OMNI), Pirate Chain (PIRATE) and Stafi (FIS), across all its platforms, including Advanced Trade, effective August 8, 2026 (17 Mordad 1405). The move follows a one-month notice period for users.
Coinbase said user access to holdings will not be cut off, and users can still withdraw balances of these tokens to external wallets. The exchange did not cite a specific reason for delisting any single token but said in an official statement that it regularly reviews listed assets to ensure continued compliance with its listing standards.
