A member of parliament representing Tabriz said on Sunday 26 July 2026 that a coherent, specialist programme had begun to redefine the management structure of Iran's justice shares scheme and to reorganise it. According to Tejarat News, the programme targets the rights of about 49 million justice-share holders.
Justice shares is Iran's largest retail shareholding scheme, and its management structure, including how shareholders exercise their votes in the provincial investment companies, has been debated for years.
The report did not state the programme's timetable or its implementation mechanism.
