Kani Karbon Tabas Sells a Crusher and Conveyor Belts at Auction for 124,389 Million Rials

Kani Karbon Tabas (ticker: Karbon) said in a group A material disclosure published on codal on the morning of Saturday, 26 September 2026, that at an auction held the same day it sold a crusher, conveyor belts and related equipment.

According to the filing, Zamin Kavan Jam Jam Parsian (a private joint-stock company) won with a bid of 124,389 million rials (about 124.4 billion rials, or roughly 12.4 billion tomans), which the company said respected the expert valuation. Settlement is due within 30 working days, and a guarantee of 10 percent of the transaction value was received. The net book value of the transferred assets was stated as zero.
