The extraordinary general assembly of the company trading under the symbol Kiana, for the 12 month period ending 20 March 2027 (29 Esfand 1405), was held on Sunday, 18 Mordad 1405 (August 9, 2026), and approved raising the company's capital from 3,575 billion rials to 10,000 billion rials, an increase of 180 percent. The assembly minutes have been published on the Codal system.

According to those minutes, the entire capital increase, worth 6,425 billion rials, was funded from the company's retained earnings, not from shareholders' fresh cash contributions. Because the increase is funded from reserves and retained earnings rather than new cash from shareholders, it is not dilutive for holders who do not participate, and simply raises the share count in proportion to the company's existing value.
