Tehran Stock Exchange Main Index Falls 1.44 Percent in the Week's First Session to 7.448 Million Points

According to Donya-e-Eqtesad, trading on the Tehran Stock Exchange declined in the week's first session, Saturday, September 19, 2026 (28 Shahrivar 1405), with both main gauges falling. The main index (TEDPIX) dropped 1.44 percent (108,890 points) to close at 7,448,843 points. The equal-weight index fell a similar 1.46 percent, slipping below the 2 million mark to 1,986,770 points.
