13 July 2026 | 3 months ago
The US 10-year Treasury yield closed at 4.56 percent on Friday, 10 July. Minutes of the Fed's June meeting, released on 8 July, showed officials holding the target range at 3.50 to 3.75 percent and dropping their easing-bias language, with inflation risks still tilted to the upside. Markets now turn to the 14 July consumer inflation report and the 28 to 29 July meeting. US interest rates and the dollar influence Iran's gold and currency markets.
