This is to inform that, given the sale of all unused pre-emptive rights of Tuska Investment Group Company (public joint-stock) in the symbol (ATSP1), the said trading symbol has been halted. Brokers who have purchased the said pre-emptive rights are required to remit the subscription amount for the purchased rights to the Central Securities Depository simultaneously with the settlement of the rights transaction amount. It is evident that the responsibility for remitting the rights transaction amount as well as the subscription amount for the purchased rights (nominal value of each share) rests with the relevant broker.
