Bank Maskan announced it is selling its non essential properties across 11 Iranian provinces, including Tehran, Khuzestan, Semnan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Golestan, Isfahan, West Azerbaijan, Khorasan Razavi and Gilan, through a public auction. According to Mehr News Agency, citing the bank's own news outlet Hibna, the properties will be sold for cash or in installments at a 23 percent interest rate under a lease to own structure, processed through Iran's government e procurement system (Setad). The bank set the deadline for viewing the tender notice and obtaining bid documents at 11 Mehr 1405 (3 October 2026), the bid submission deadline at 21 Mehr 1405 (13 October 2026), bid envelope opening at 8am on Sunday, 26 Mehr 1405 (18 October 2026), and the approximate date for announcing winners at 28 Mehr 1405 (20 October 2026).
