Bank Maskan Raises the Hami Plan Credit Ceiling Fivefold for Business Owners

Mehr News Agency reported on Thursday, September 24, 2026, that in a new version of its "Hami" plan, Bank Maskan raised the credit ceiling on the plan's "premium investment deposit" for individuals with a valid business from 20 billion rials (2 billion tomans) to 100 billion rials (10 billion tomans).

Business owners covered by the Direct Taxation Act who hold a valid business licence can use this dedicated profile to access a higher credit capacity and refer the buyers of their goods or services to the bank for loans. Hami is one of Bank Maskan's deposit-based schemes, in which loan eligibility is calculated from the average deposit balance.
