According to an official announcement by the Social Security Organization reported on Tuesday 6 Mordad 1405 (28 July 2026), a system named Mostameri Jam has been launched at Mostameri.mcls.gov.ir.
The system allows insured people who have paid contributions into more than one pension fund, such as the Civil Servants Pension Fund, the Social Security Organization and the Armed Forces fund, to draw on the sum of their records when claiming a pension, without physically transferring records and without paying the financial difference previously required to move between funds. Until now, transferring a record between funds required payment of that difference.
Under the scheme, each person benefits from pension entitlements on a consolidated basis in proportion to the years of contributions paid into each fund. The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare is responsible for running the system and the Social Security Organization processes registered applications. Eligibility is assessed by the last insurance fund in which the person held membership and paid contributions.
