Strategy's dollar reserves hit record $4.65bn, a five fold jump in 2.5 months

Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, said its US dollar reserves have jumped five fold over the past 2.5 months to a record $4.65 billion. According to Arzdigital, the reserve rose from $871 million in late May, adding $3.8 billion to reach its current level. Over the same period, Strategy sold 1,690 bitcoin worth $108.6 million, with the proceeds used to repurchase more than 1.1 million shares of its common stock, ticker STRC. Strategy CEO Phong Le said in a post on X that the company's dollar reserves and cash runway are now at an all time high. Under the firm's digital credit capital framework, Strategy is required to hold at least 12 months of interest expenses and preferred dividends in cash.
