The Emami gold coin's premium (the gap between its market price and its melt value) fell today, Thursday, September 3, 2026, from about 1,107,000 tomans yesterday to just 189,000 tomans, despite an roughly 2.6 to 3 percent jump in 18 karat gold and the global gold ounce. Sahmino's own data (16:59) and Alanchand's live bubble gauge (20:05) both put the gap near 188,000 to 189,000 tomans, under a tenth of a percent of the coin's price, even as the free market dollar rose only 0.53 percent.
