Fars Petrochemical Postpones Annual Meeting for Lack of Quorum
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (symbol Fars) said on Codal that the invitation to its annual ordinary general meeting for the year ended June 21, 2026, originally set for 10:00 on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, was cancelled after attendance fell short of the legal quorum. Decisions on the agenda, including the dividend, were deferred to a later assembly whose date will be announced separately.
