Kolan Sel IPO (symbol Kolan) on Iran Fara Bourse

Kolan Sel offered 10 percent of its shares (102 million shares) on Wednesday, 13 Khordad 1405 (June 3, 2026), on the second market of Iran Fara Bourse via a combined method. In the first stage, 30.6 million shares (3 percent) were auctioned to qualified institutional investors at a base price of 19,990 rials; in the second stage, the remaining shares were sold to the public at the discovered price with a cap of 150 shares per trading code.
