Iran's Central Bank held the 12th round of this year's Islamic Treasury Bond auction on Tuesday, 3 Shahrivar 1405 (August 25, 2026). Per Ecoiran on 12 Shahrivar, the auction raised about 34 trillion tomans, more than 10 times the average financing raised under the previous sale method, with the yield reaching 41.9 percent. The Central Bank of Iran held the tenth government Islamic bond auction of 1405 on Monday, 11 August 2026 (20 Mordad 1405); banks and non-bank credit institutions submitted bids and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance set the winning orders. The Central Bank of Iran held the ninth government Islamic financing bond auction of 1405 on 5 August 2026 (14 Mordad). The offered volume of the "ARAD 298" bond was raised to 30 trillion tomans, bringing total offered volume across five bond symbols to 66,810 billion tomans. The eighth government Islamic financing bond auction of 1405 was held on 28 July 2026 (6 Mordad 1405), and its result was announced on 1 August 2026. Of roughly 48,000 billion tomans of securities offered, only 8,870 billion tomans (about 18 percent) were sold, and no bank registered a purchase order. 7th Islamic Treasury Bond Auction of 1405

The Central Bank of Iran held the seventh government Islamic treasury bond auction of 1405 on 21 July 2026, with results announced on 26 July. Six ARAD symbols (283, 286, 293, 294, 295 and 296) were offered with a combined value of 55,520 billion tomans, of which 23,450 billion tomans, about 42 percent, was sold. Yield to maturity on ARAD 293 through 296 was reported at 38 to 40 percent.

6th Islamic Treasury Bond Auction of 1405

The Central Bank of Iran held the sixth Islamic government treasury bond auction of 1405 on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 (23 Tir). A total of about 8.19 trillion tomans (8.19 hemat) of bonds was sold across two symbols, ARAD 220 (6.1 hemat) and ARAD 218 (over 2 hemat), to six banks and credit institutions. Government debt securities in these auctions are offered to banks, credit institutions and investment funds, and the outcome signals market demand for state financing and the path of interest rates.

5th Islamic Treasury Bond Auction of 1405

Iran's central bank held the 5th Islamic Treasury Bond auction of 1405 on 9 Tir 1405 (June 30, 2026), publishing the details on July 11. Five ARAD symbols were offered totalling 47,000 billion tomans, but only 3,800 billion tomans sold, all of it in ARAD 291. Banks placed no valid orders, leaving capital-market investors the sole buyers; cumulative 1405 auction sales reached 93,803 billion tomans.

Iran's fourth Islamic Treasury bond (ARAD) auction of 1405 was held on June 23, 2026. ARAD bonds 283, 286, 288, 289, and 290 were offered, but only 13,570 billion tomans (about 31% of the offering) were sold, with yields to maturity on most bonds ranging from 39.7% to 39.9%.
