Ehya IPO on Iran Fara Bourse
The eighth IPO of Iranian year 1405 on Iran Fara Bourse lists under ticker Ehya on Monday, 10 August 2026 (19 Mordad 1405), using a combined offering method. The base price is set at 2,582 rials per share and total shares offered at 2,566,200,000 (4 percent of the company). The offering runs in two stages: an auction tranche of about 853 million shares (cap 10,666,000 shares per code) and a fixed-price tranche of 1.713 billion shares (cap 3,500 shares per code) (5 August 2026).
