Movalled Niroogahi Tejarat Fars controlling block offering of 65 percent on Iran Fara Bourse

Iran Fara Bourse market operations announced, in a notice published on Sunday 2 August 2026 (11 Mordad 1405), that a controlling block in Movalled Niroogahi Tejarat Fars, symbol Bemovalled 4, will be offered in the Fara Bourse second market on 15 August 2026 (24 Mordad 1405). The offer covers 5,510,774,551 shares, equal to 65.05 percent of the company's total shares, sold as a bulk cash transaction. The base price is set from the symbol's closing price plus 150 percent of that value.
