Petro Sanat Gamroon (Shegamran) had called its annual general meeting for the year ended 20 March 2026 for 15:00 on Wednesday 5 August 2026, in a notice filed on 26 July 2026. On Monday 3 August 2026 the company filed a cancellation notice on Codal saying the meeting would not be held on that date. Decisions on the agenda were deferred to a later assembly, whose date is to be announced.
