Pars Paper Industries Group block offering of 6.97 percent on the Tehran Stock Exchange

The Tehran Stock Exchange announced a block offering of shares in Pars Paper Industries Group, in a notice republished on Sunday 2 August 2026 (11 Mordad 1405). Under the notice, 6.97 percent of the company's shares will be offered as a non management block on Sunday 23 August 2026 (1 Shahrivar 1405) on the Tehran Stock Exchange. A non management block offering is the sale of a package of shares that does not transfer managerial control of the company to the buyer.
