Farda Smart Insurance Transfers 80 Percent Stake in Leasing Firm to Related Party

Farda Smart Insurance (ticker VaFarda) transferred ownership of an 80 percent stake in Farda Smart Leasing to Hircania Technology Development Investment Company, a related party sharing common board members, under a share settlement agreement dated August 9, 2026. According to a codal filing, the 80 percent stake was valued at 404.52 billion rials based on a court appointed expert's report.
Under the material disclosure, published September 14, 2026, the company will transfer 381,021,000 shares of Dadeh Gostar Asre Novin, at cost, to Hircania in exchange for the leasing stake, with the transfer to be completed by September 22, 2026. As part of the settlement, an impairment reserve of about 140 billion rials, equivalent to about 14 billion tomans, held against the Dadeh Gostar Asre Novin shares on the company's books, will be reversed.
