Golgohar Buys 6 Percent Stake in Gohar Energy Sirjan to Secure Stable Power Supply

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company (TSE ticker: کگل), in a disclosure published on the Codal filing system on Sunday, 15 Shahrivar 1405 (September 6, 2026), said that under a board resolution dated 21 Tir 1405 (July 12, 2026), and to secure a stable power supply and continued production, it has purchased 4,800,000,000 shares, equal to 6 percent of Gohar Energy Sirjan, a subsidiary of the Golgohar mining and industrial group, from Toseeh Pouya Energy Negin Sabz Khavarmianeh Company.
Based on a valuation report by Kerman province's official court experts dated 27 Tir 1405 (July 18, 2026), the 6 percent stake was valued at 19,473,600 million rials, or about 19.47 trillion rials. The transaction was disclosed under Article 13 of the disclosure rules for issuers registered with Iran's Securities and Exchange Organization.
