The company trading under the symbol ختور (Khtoor) disclosed on codal on Saturday, 23 August 2026 (1 Shahrivar 1405) that, under an agreement with SAPCO, its product prices have risen 36 percent. The increase is stated to take effect from the start of the current Iranian year.

According to this Group B disclosure, the price rise has so far added 349,069 million rials to the company's revenue since the start of the year, and its full year effect is estimated at 1,035,368 million rials. The company stressed that these figures are estimates and that the effect of the increase had already been included in its budget.

The move is a cost pass through from a parts maker to its large automaker customer and reflects margin recovery against rising raw material prices, not demand growth. The company put the increase at 8 percent of its total sales revenue for the prior financial year.

Farabourse Iran Reports 16 Companies Improved Their Audit Opinion Within a Year

According to Boursenews, Jalal Baharestan, Farabourse Iran's deputy for issuer oversight, said that of 83 Farabourse listed companies identified in Shahrivar 1404 (August/September 2025) as having qualified audit opinions, 16 companies, or 20 percent, managed to have their auditor's opinion upgraded to "unqualified" by Shahrivar 1405 (August/September 2026) after a year of follow up. He said the total number of audit qualification clauses across these companies fell 30 percent over the same year. Baharestan said that after identifying the 83 companies, Farabourse engaged with issuers on the issues raised in their audit reports and asked their boards to submit corrective plans and clear timelines to resolve the ambiguities. He said the improvement was not limited to companies exiting qualified status, as other issuers have also improved reporting quality by clarifying their accounts and resolving financial disputes.
