Sheply's years long legal dispute with four counterparty companies ends in a settlement

A company trading under the symbol Sheply (Polyacryl Iran), in a disclosure published on codal.ir on Monday, September 7, 2026 (16 Shahrivar 1405), said that following an earlier notice dated 6 Shahrivar (August 28) about a non final first instance ruling by Branch 92 of Tehran's General Civil Court, extensive legal proceedings between the company and four counterparties, Aali Tab, Wabl Reis, Firouz Tab and Pardis Silicon Araz, have concluded with a sufficient settlement. The filing did not disclose the settlement's financial terms, saying further details were provided in an attachment.
The settlement closes a multi party legal dispute whose outcome had been uncertain, and could reduce legal ambiguity facing Sheply's shareholders.
