Bank Tejarat Raises Capital 340 Percent: What the H1 1404 Earnings Report Shows (Wednesday, July 8, 2026)
Bank Tejarat raised its registered capital 340.6 percent, from 33.6 to 148 trillion tomans, at a March 2025 assembly. Its first six-month report since then shows net profit up 14 percent and earnings per share up 21 percent (Wednesday, July 8, 2026).

Bank Tejarat raised its capital by three hundred forty percent, as of Wednesday, July eighth. The bank's capital grew sharply, and its six month earnings grew too. Bank Tejarat's capital after the increase reached one hundred forty eight trillion tomans. The assembly drew sixty three percent shareholder attendance and approved the increase. Capital rose from thirty three trillion to one hundred forty eight trillion tomans. A fifth of that increase came from retained earnings, not only asset revaluation. In the first half of fiscal fourteen four, net profit grew fourteen percent. Earnings per share grew twenty one percent in the same six month period. Operating profit grew two hundred forty seven percent, far ahead of revenue growth. The board has proposed another capital increase, still awaiting regulatory approval. For shareholders, each capital increase changes how earnings per share compare. In June, a cyberattack disrupted card services, which were restored the same day. This report has no current share price, since no dated official source was available. From the March assembly to the H1 report was a year of real change for the bank.
