Bank Saderat Iran (BSDR) announced two share auctions of subsidiary companies in two material disclosure filings on the Codal system dated September 20, 2026. Under the first filing, 2,009,935,740 shares, equal to 66.99 percent of Bank Saderat's brokerage subsidiary, have been put up for auction. Under the second, 45,911,980,000 shares, equal to 99.99 percent of Sepehr Energy Management Company, are also being offered. Both auctions are scheduled for September 27, 2026. The offerings are being made under Article 13 of the executive directive on information disclosure for companies registered with Iran's Securities and Exchange Organization.

Central Bank authorizes Bank Saderat Iran to provide gold and silver vaulting for online trading platforms
The Central Bank of Iran, in a letter numbered 05/141459 dated September 3, 2026 (12 Shahrivar 1405), approved Bank Saderat Iran's (symbol Vabsadr) request for a license to provide gold and silver bullion vaulting services. According to the disclosure filed on Codal, the approval applies only to vaulting services for online gold and silver trading platforms that are not directly or indirectly owned by or affiliated with the bank. Bank Saderat Iran's Net Operating Income Rises 136 Percent in First Five Months of 1405
According to Boursenews, published Tuesday, September 1, 2026 (10 Shahrivar 1405), Bank Saderat Iran's (وبصادر) five-month financial statement filed on Codal shows total operating income rising from 60,139 billion tomans in the first five months of 1404 to 108,481 billion tomans in the same period of 1405, up 80 percent, while net operating income jumped from 11,670 billion tomans to 27,540 billion tomans, up 136 percent. Foreign-currency loans grew 108 percent and foreign-currency deposits 107 percent, while deposit income rose 333 percent. Total costs grew 67 percent, below the 80 percent income growth, lifting the bank's operating margin from 24 percent last year to 34 percent.
