Fajr Energy of the Persian Gulf restarts its steam and industrial utility units after an attack on its power plant

Fajr Energy of the Persian Gulf, trading under the ticker Bfajr, said in a group A material disclosure filed on Iran's codal system on Monday, September 8, 2026 (17 Shahrivar 1405), that its production infrastructure and power plant facilities were directly hit during an attack on the country's industrial infrastructure on April 4, 2026 (15 Farvardin 1405), halting all of the company's production activity from that date. According to the disclosure, the company's steam, industrial and sanitary water, and industrial air production units, excluding the power generation units that were directly hit, resumed operation from April 23, 2026 (3 Ordibehesht 1405).

The company said it is now producing about 310 tonnes of steam per hour and other products, aside from electricity, at 100 percent capacity, supplying regional companies based on demand, while the 490 megawatts of electricity needed by consumers is being sourced from alternative supplies. Per the disclosure, the segment's operating revenue in the prior fiscal year was about 33,583 billion tomans.

Vajami books a 33,139 million rial profit by selling Arzesh Padash fund units

The company trading on the Tehran Stock Exchange under the ticker Vajami said in a group A material disclosure filed on Iran's codal system on Monday, September 8, 2026 (17 Shahrivar 1405), that on September 7, 2026 (16 Shahrivar 1405) it sold 58,945,000 units of the Arzesh Padash investment fund at a price of 2,819 tomans per unit, for a total value of about 166 billion tomans. Per the disclosure, the units' cost basis on the company's books was about 163 billion tomans, and the company booked a profit of 33,139 million rials (about 3.3 billion tomans) after transfer costs. The company said the sale was carried out to recognize the gain from the increased value of these investment units.

Vasepah settles part of its debt by transferring over 2.35 billion Omid shares to Bank Sepah

Sepah Investment Company, trading under the ticker Vasepah, said in a disclosure filed on Iran's codal system on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (18 Shahrivar 1405), that it transferred 2,350,217,346 of its shares in Omid Investment Management Group to Bank Sepah outside the normal clearing mechanism. Per the filing, the transaction, dated September 9 (18 Shahrivar), was valued at 13,536 billion rials (about 1,354 billion tomans), while the shares' book value on the company's books was 7,264 billion rials (about 726 billion tomans). The company said the transfer was made to comply with Article 28 of corporate governance rules, which bars a subsidiary from holding shares in its parent company, since Bank Sepah owns nearly 70 percent of Omid Investment Management Group. Based on an auditor's confirmation dated September 1 (10 Shahrivar), the transfer settles part of Sepah Investment's 33,662 billion rial (about 3,366 billion toman) dividend payable debt to Omid Investment Management Group.

Farda Smart Insurance buys 80 percent of Farda Smart Leasing from a related company for about 405 billion rials

Farda Smart Insurance, trading under the ticker Vafarda, said in a disclosure filed on Iran's codal system on Tuesday, September 9, 2026 (18 Shahrivar 1405) that under a share settlement agreement signed August 9 (18 Mordad), it acquired 80 percent of Farda Smart Leasing from Hyrkania Technology Development Investment Company, a related party sharing common board members. Based on a certified appraiser's report, the 80 percent stake was valued at 404,520 million rials (about 40.5 billion tomans). Under the deal's terms, in exchange for the stake, 381,021,000 shares of Dadeh Gostar Asre Novin, held by Farda Smart Insurance, will be transferred to Hyrkania at cost, with the transfer to be completed by the end of Shahrivar (September 22). The company said the transfer will reverse an impairment reserve of about 140,000 million rials (14 billion tomans) it held against the value of the Dadeh Gostar Asre Novin shares.
