Taba Sells 42 Percent Stake in Taban Magnetic Materials to Tekado for 526 Billion Rials

Taba (نماد تابا) disclosed on Codal that, under Article 129 of Iran's amended Commerce Act, it sold a 42 percent stake in Gostaresh Mavad e Maghnatisi Taban (Taban Magnetic Materials) to buyer Tekado, a public joint stock company, for 526.385 billion rials. The contract was signed on September 29, 2026 (7 Mehr 1405); because Tekado's shareholder holds about 27.38 percent direct and indirect ownership on the other side of the deal, it was disclosed as a related party transaction.
The filing states the total transaction value equals 141 percent of the company's prior year sales revenue, while the book value of the transferred assets was 9.596 billion rials. Settlement is structured as an 80 percent cash advance after the contract's signing, with the remaining 20 percent paid once share ownership is formally transferred at the companies registrar.
