Thamaskan's Board Approves Review of Doubling Company Capital

Housing Investment Company (ticker Thamaskan) said in a Tier B material disclosure filed on Codal that its board approved on Saturday, October 3, 2026 (11 Mehr 1405), a review of raising the company's capital from 15,800 billion rials to 31,600 billion rials, doubling it. According to the filing, the increase would be funded from shareholders' matured receivables, cash contributions and retained earnings, and the company will pursue the required legal steps, including auditor review and approval from the Securities and Exchange Organization. The capital increase still requires approval from an extraordinary shareholders' assembly and is not yet final.
