Iran Aluminium (ALIR, Fayra) reported net profit of 74,844 billion rials for the three months to June 21, 2026, 7.7 times the same quarter a year earlier, lifting twelve-month profit to 150 trillion rials. Yet its board P/E at the September 27 close is 6.2, against 13.5 for the basic metals group. Sahmino's calculation shows about half of the five-month sales jump came from the rial conversion rate, and monthly sales in Tir and Mordad ran 39% below the spring average.
