Mobarakeh Steel closed at its highest since 18 January 2026 after 103 sessions without a trade, on the day Tehran's index closed red (Monday, 14 September 2026)

Today FOLD reached its highest close since the eighteenth of January, after one hundred and three shut sessions. Four dates make this recovery, from January last year to today. Between those two dates lie one hundred and three sessions in which this symbol never traded. The last close before the halt was two thousand five hundred and forty nine rials, twenty three percent below today. Part of it was the market's own break, part the symbol's suspension, which ended on the eighth of August. From the day it reopened to today, the share has risen close to thirty five percent. Yet in this same session retail investors were net sellers, and institutions were the main buyers. Volume ran two point two three times the twenty session average. FOLD trades at six point zero seven times earnings, against fourteen point one five for its group. Earnings per share are five hundred and eighteen rials, and the net margin is twenty seven percent. One session, two readings: a full recovery, and no retail money behind it. FOLD took back the whole decline of its halt, on a day the main index closed red. Our reading: a close above three thousand rials through this week. Was it the currency, or catching up?
