Sita's annual general meeting approved a cash dividend of 4,155 rials per share on Sunday 6 September 2026, equal to 96.58 percent of its 4,302 rial earnings per share and 9,141 billion tomans in total. The symbol reopened on 8 September after a three session halt and has closed at the 3 percent daily cap in every session since; on 13 September it finished at 29,880 rials with a buy queue of 28,045,626 shares and no supply on the board.

Sita paid out almost all of its annual profit in cash, and its board is now stacked with buyers and no sellers at all. The sixth of September meeting approved four thousand one hundred and fifty five rials a share. That is ninety six point five eight percent of earnings per share, across twenty two billion shares. This year's dividend is close to seventy seven percent larger than the one last year's meeting approved. Eighty nine percent of the money goes to the majority holder, Social Security Investment Company. Since the symbol reopened, all four sessions have closed at the three percent daily cap. At the close, twenty eight million shares sat in the buy queue and no supply was recorded. The share trades at six point nine five times earnings, below its cement sector. The dividend belongs to whoever owned the share on meeting day, not to a buyer today. From the second of September to today, the closing price went from twenty six to nearly thirty thousand rials. So there are two positions: the owner on meeting day, and the buyer who came in after the reopening. The bottom line: the company gave away nearly all its profit and the board sat at the cap. Above twenty nine thousand rials to the end of the week, while no supply arrives. Does this queue clear?
