Sarud's 1,284-Square-Metre Retail Unit in Isfahan's Firouzeh Mall Sells for 494.8 Billion Tomans

Sarmayeh Gozari Maskan Zayandeh Rud (ticker Sarud) announced the result of an auction to sell a 1,284-square-metre retail unit it owns in Isfahan's Firouzeh shopping centre, south of Si-o-Se Pol at the start of Chaharbagh Bala Street, in a Group A material disclosure published on Codal on Sunday morning, 27 September 2026 (5 Mehr 1405). The auction was held on 26 August 2026 (4 Shahrivar 1405) and the result was announced on 27 September (5 Mehr).
According to the filing, the unit was sold to an individual buyer for 4,948,377 million rials (about 494.8 billion tomans), against a net book value of 637,702 million rials. Of the price, 1,898,377 million rials is paid in cash and 3,000,000 million rials in three cheques of 1,000,000 million rials each falling due in Aban, Azar and Dey this year, with a further 50,000 million rials payable for the transfer of the deed.
The gap between the sale price and the asset's book value creates a substantial gain on the sale in the company's accounts.

Final Plan for Justice Shares to Be Settled in Government Within Weeks
Seyed Ali Madanizadeh, Iran's Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, said the executive instruction for reorganizing Justice Shares and settling their final status will be finalized in government within the coming weeks. He made the remarks at a consultation meeting with economists on Justice Shares, and Mehr News Agency published them, citing the ministry, on Sunday, 27 September 2026 (5 Mehr 1405). According to the minister, the instruction was drafted some time ago in the High Council of the Exchange to settle the holdings of beneficiaries, covering both the investee companies and the provincial investment companies, but because the number of stakeholders is so large, consultations to reach agreement have continued until now. He said the government's text seeks to protect the rights of all direct and indirect shareholders. Madanizadeh added that parliament wants lawmakers to prepare a comprehensive plan of their own on the matter, and that the ministry is in talks with parliament to bring it to a conclusion as quickly as possible.

Tehran Stock Exchange Climbs Back Into the 7.2 Million Range in Sunday's Mid-Session Trade
The Tehran Stock Exchange's main index recovered part of Saturday's loss in Sunday morning trade on 27 September 2026 (5 Mehr 1405). Boursenews reported that by 10:39 the index had gained 77,000 points to 7.230 million, and Donya-e-Eqtesad also reported a gain of about 1 percent in mid-session. According to Sahmino's recorded data at 11:30 the same day, the main index was up about 101,000 points (close to 1.4 percent) at 7.254 million, while the equal-weight index had risen about 28,500 points to 1.958 million. The separate Farabourse index stood at 58,677 at the same time, up about 1.8 percent. The rebound followed Saturday, 26 September (4 Mehr), when the main index closed 1.43 percent lower at 7.153 million. The figures above are mid-session readings; the closing level will be set after the market shuts at 12:30.
