This is to inform that; given the sale of all unused pre-emption rights of Tejarat No Insurance Company (public joint-stock) in the symbol (TNIZ1), the aforementioned trading symbol has been halted. Brokers who have purchased the said pre-emption rights are required to deposit the subscription amount for the purchased pre-emption rights to the Central Securities Depository of Iran simultaneously with the settlement of the pre-emption rights transaction amount. It is evident that responsibility for depositing the pre-emption rights transaction amount as well as the subscription amount for the purchased pre-emption rights (nominal value of each share) rests with the relevant broker. This is to inform that the subscription deadline for unused pre-emptive rights shares of Tejarat Now Insurance (public joint-stock) under the trading symbol (TNIZ1) has been extended until Sunday, 1405/06/22. Therefore, trading of the aforementioned symbol will be halted at the end of trading on Sunday, 1405/06/22. Brokers who purchase the said pre-emptive rights must deposit the subscription amount for the purchased pre-emptive rights with the Central Securities Depository simultaneously with the settlement of the pre-emptive rights transaction amount. It is self-evident that responsibility for depositing the transaction amount of the pre-emptive rights, as well as the subscription amount for the purchased pre-emptive rights (nominal value of each share), rests with the relevant broker. The Central Securities Depository will pay the funds for the unused pre-emptive rights to the selling broker, and the selling broker is obligated to deposit the said funds into the issuer's account.
