Transcript
The last time retail investors bought this much on the Tehran board was the seventeenth of August. In that session, seventy one point eight percent of all board buying was retail. Ten point two billion shares net, against seventeen point one billion back in August. The session's heaviest names nearly all closed at the band cap, and only Isfahan Oil Refining stayed red. Thirty four industry indices closed higher, against just eleven the session before. The heaviest turnover went to Foulad, at one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven billion toman. Outside the board, the free dollar and the coin eased, and the two rate gap narrowed. Today the Federal Reserve decides on rates, and markets have already priced an increase. Bitcoin fell two point three percent in twenty four hours, below seventy six thousand dollars. Tether, though, moved above the free dollar, after sitting below it yesterday. Brent crude is holding above one hundred and seven dollars for a fourth session. Watch the nine o'clock open, the Fed decision, and the first currency fund subscription. Today's verdict is clear: this was the day retail money came back, not just a record day. So, the answer to the opening question: retail bought. Is the record a start, or a ceiling?
