According to the filing, after reviewing bids and board approval, Tose'e Modiriyat Amin Tejarat Company was named the winning bidder. The agreed transaction value was 3,400 million rials, to be settled via a single check due on 25 Shahrivar 1405 (September 16, 2026); the net book value of the divested asset was reported at 1,421 million rials.
